Yoga is a great practice for neuroplasticity, especially arm balances.


Arm balances require concentration, discipline and mastering new movements. The ability to overcome fear and strength to sustain our practice.


All of this creates new neural pathways which allow he brain to be rewired in new ways and function stronger.
