Moving Meditation
But sitting down and meditating in silence is not easy
This is where moving meditation can help you. Put simply, moving meditation is the practice of using our breath to guide our movement. Our mind is constantly fluctuating. We are being drawn in different directions. Some of these directions will be of our choosing. But many won't and instead will take us in a direction that is not meant for us.

This is normal. It happens to all of us. Life in the 21st century is busy and we are constantly being presented with media showing the perfect person, living the perfect life. But what is the perfect life and what is it we are meant to be chasing?
Sometimes, we already have the answers to the questions. We just need to take a break from these fluctuations and let ourselves answer our own questions.

Meditation is immensely powerful as the process of stilling ourselves makes us more aware of the present moment and in doing so, we can become more aware of our own thoughts and emotions.
